Google Keyword Planner can be used in few very simple steps, see below:

1.) Login in to Google Adwords account.

4.) Click on ‘Search for New Keywords using a Phrase, Website or Category’

As you already know that these particular Keywords are getting searched more than often, so you can use the exact keywords in your SEO strategy, like using them in the Tags, then selecting the most used term as Focussed Keyword and other things…
